We are seeking a Lean Leader – APM Terminals Business System (ABS) Academy to support the design, development, and expansion of our Lean-based business system. In this key role, you will support the execution of our ABS Academy strategy by managing learning programs, developing content, coordinating deployment frameworks, and engaging with stakeholders across the organization. You’ll help build a culture where every employee becomes a Lean practitioner, and leaders are equipped to lead with Lean principles.

You will contribute to the operationalization of our holistic Lean business system, encompassing principles, standards, methods, tools and deployment frameworks, alongside impactful Lean Leadership coaching programs. Your work will embed Lean Thinking into our corporate DNA and create a sustainable system that delivers lasting business impact.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing modern learning programs, improving, and operationalizing Lean systems.
