What you’re signing up for
We're looking for an ambitious product-minded mobile engineer who wants to build our app experience from first principles. You'll take full ownership of the mobile product surface, crafting intuitive, high-performance interfaces, shaping the architecture and translating complex workflows into a seamless mobile-first experience. You’ll have the autonomy to define the technical foundations of our mobile stack and the responsibility to deliver an experience our customers rely on every day.

What you bring
5+ years in mobile app development in B2B SaaS or Fintech. You have strong engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience building mobile apps using React Native and Expo. You're proficient with GraphQL APIs and have strong CSS skills with experience in responsive design and mobile UI implementation. You’re comfortable working with design tools like Figma and understand core software design principles such as modularity, separation of concerns, and testability. You’ve worked with modern version control and collaborative development workflows.
How you solve problems
You debug issues systematically, working from symptoms toward root causes. When requirements are vague, you break them into concrete plans. You know when to aim for polish and when to be pragmatic, and you’re resourceful enough to find answers through documentation, experimentation, or asking the right questions.
AI-First mindset
You use AI tools to speed up development and understand when to trust AI-generated output, and when to question it. You can articulate problems clearly to get useful AI assistance, and you apply sound judgment by reviewing, testing, and validating anything AI helps produce.
How we work
In your first week, you’ll deliver a meaningful commit to production. By your first month, you’ll ship a customer-facing feature. Within your first 90 days, you’ll own and complete a significant deliverable. Throughout this process, you’ll have support from the team through code reviews, pairing sessions, and ongoing technical guidance.

We review applications on a rolling basis. If you're a good fit, we'll schedule a conversation to discuss the role in more detail, followed by a technical assessment focused on problem-solving rather than trivia. The final interview is with the founder and we provide feedback on the same day.
