Embarking on the high seas of responsibility, your mission is clear to ensure the seamless operation of marine crew deployment for our assigned vessels. Join us in Leidschendam, the Netherlands as Crewing Officer.
Working hand-in-hand with the Vessel Manager, Crewing Agents, and Fleet Training & Development Officer, you chart the course to ensure the availability of qualified and competent marine crew for our assigned vessels. Keeping a vigilant eye on the financial horizon, you partner with the Finance Department of Crewing Opex spend. You ensure they are not only approved but also tracked, ensuring financial transparency across the vast expanse of our operations.
You are responsible for recruitment of competent marine crew;
You take care of planning activities and ensure availability of qualified and competent marine crew for assigned vessels;
You issue employment contracts for the marine crew in accordance with the applicable CBA and you provide day-to-day liaison and support to crew at all levels,;
You have a BSc. You have good organization and planning skills;
You have good communication and language skills in English (written and spoken);
29 holidays per year based on a fulltime employment (of which 4 are appointed by Fugro management) and the possibility to purchase 12 additional days;
