The role: Performance Marketing Manager | B2B SaaS
You’ll join a fast-growing investment and operating group that manages a diverse portfolio of digital-first businesses. The organisation supports each company with strategic guidance and hands‑on operational expertise. As new ventures join the portfolio, there is increasing demand for a strong, central paid‑marketing leader to drive performance across all brands.
As the new Performance Marketing Manager you’ll have full responsibility on setting up the right strategy for the paid channels and guide the different companies to achieve their goals.

Your new employer is building a new team that will help the companies in its portfolio to build a strong marketing strategy. Your skillset and experience in performance marketing will make a big difference and the CEOs and founders are waiting to be guided! Based on data, newly attracted and analysed by your hands, you’ll advise upcoming SaaS companies which next step to take.
You’ll manage paid social, paid search campaigns and explore new paid channel opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong data analytics background, with plenty of experience managing budgets and reporting on in-depth paid channel insights.
The current portfolio consists of 6 companies, who differ in size and target audience. Therefore your expertise is needed to find the right approach, while closely monitoring key performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPC, and CPL.
You’ll make data-driven recommendations on channel strategy and budget allocation, test and scale new paid channels including display, retargeting, and video, and build best practices, frameworks, and playbooks to share across all portfolio companies. You’ll present clear analytics and attribution insights to senior leadership, and analyze website data through UX and conversion experiments to continuously improve user experience and drive higher conversion rates.
Besides working on performance campaigns a part of the role consists of setting up scalable processes to support the onboarding of new portfolio companies.
