We are seeking an Expeditor for a project-based position (1 year) . As an Expeditor , you will play a vital role in ensuring that materials, equipment, and documentation move smoothly through the procurement and project execution process. You will be part of a dynamic Contracts & Procurement team — a group that acts as a strategic partner to the business rather than a supporting function. Your work will directly contribute to the success of complex offshore projects by safeguarding timely deliveries and proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
This role is a great fit for a communicative, hands-on professional who enjoys coordinating with suppliers, solving logistical challenges, and keeping projects on track.
What you will do
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure materials and equipment are delivered in line with Purchase Order requirements
- Monitor project schedules and identify any risks of delay, taking corrective action where needed
- Participate in supplier kick-off meetings to align expectations, technical requirements, and timelines
- Participate in pre-award or bid clarification meetings with suppliers
- Expedite orders through both desk-based and field activities to maintain project progress
- Follow up on supplier documentation, ensuring timely submission and review
- Communicate regularly with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and procurement colleagues
- Flag deviations or issues in Purchase Order execution and collaborate with stakeholders to find solutions
- Support document and workflow management throughout the procurement cycle

What you already have
- +10 years of experience as an Expeditor within EPC oil & gas projects, offshore or complex engineering environments
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS and familiarity with project planning processes
- Experience with document control systems and workflow management tools
- Great communication in English and social skills , to be able to build strong relationships
- Experience coordinating across multiple project disciplines.
