Medior Process Engineer

For our office in Leiden we are currently looking for a Medior Process Engineer to join per 1 January 2026 (flexible).

Overview: We are seeking a Medior Process Engineer with a strong background in industrial, process, or chemical engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of relevant experience, with a focus on pharmaceutical engineering, particularly clean utilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Back office support for our MES projects
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions
• Ensure all work complies with relevant industry standards and client requirements
• Communicate project progress and issues effectively to stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc. or higher technical degree in Industrial, Process, or Chemical Engineering
• 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally within pharmaceutical engineering
• Proven experience with clean utilities is highly desirable
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, self-starter approach
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Mastery of the Dutch language is highly recommended; fluency in English is required

Duration : 1-year contract, with the intention to offer a permanent position thereafter

Salary : €40,000 – €45,000 per annum (including 8% holiday pay, 40 hrs/week) based on 3 years of experience.
