Finance Reconciliation Specialist - S/4 HANA prohec

We are currently looking for a Finance Reconciliation Specialist to join a project at a global and prominent client in the Retail industry. In this role, you will be supporting the SAP S/4HANA upgrade, ensuring smooth financial operations and reconciliation during the transition. You will influence and work with cross-functional teams.

Finance Reconciliation Specialist - Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and support finance processes impacted by the SAP S/4HANA upgrade.
• Assist with data migration and reconciliation between legacy systems and SAP S/4HANA.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues during the upgrade in collaboration with IT and Finance teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of process changes, test results, and issue logs.
• Ensure compliance and financial controls throughout the transition.

Finance Reconciliation Specialist - Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in Finance Operations or Reconciliation
• Familiarity with SAP ECC and S/4HANA systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for data reconciliation.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Tools: Proficiency in Excel.

Finance Reconciliation Specialist - Contract details::

• Start: December 2025 or January 2026
• Duration: 6+ months
• Hours: 40 per week
• Location: Hybrid, Hilversum (3 days per week in the office )
