We have an opening for an internship within our European Group Human Resources team. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will work across a number of areas to broadly support our entities in Europe (factories, sales companies and R&D centers) with their recruitment needs, in addition to supporting the TA Leader & Group HRBP with several HR related matters. From a Talent Acquisition perspective, the role will touch several areas such as Recruitment, Employer Branding (including the Career website as well as various social media platforms), Candidate Relocation, etc.

Going through an expansion period in Europe this role will expose you to a truly large global business, a complex matrix organization and an HR function which is in a steep refining curve, both on the generalist side as well as CoEs (Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Enterprise Mobility, Organizational Development, Learning and

Development). Interest on how AI can support the function, possibility of managing a project in the area.

Key responsibilities

  • Sourcing and screening candidates
  • Coordinating meetings and interviews
  • Mapping adjacent businesses
  • Support in HR related matters such as Succession Planning, Workforce Planning and Development
  • Onboarding / Employer Branding / Social media activities
  • Generating reports
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations
  • Processing candidate expenses.

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in English, any other European languages are an advantage, preferably German or French (Dutch is not strictly necessary)
  • Interest in Human Resources (particularly in the areas of Talent Acquisition and Talent Development)
  • Currently enrolled in a Polytechnic or University institution, ideally in disciplines such as Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, Economics, Business Administration, Management Economics and Law, Engineering Management
  • Excellent administrative/coordination skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Very strong cultural awareness
  • High level of responsibility and accountability
  • Interest in AI and process automation
