Consultant, Senior
Join our dynamic and growing consulting team as an Infor LN Finance Consultant (Senior). In this role, you’ll lead full-cycle implementations, help clients optimize their financial operations, and play a key part in driving digital transformation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide clients through complex business processes, and mentor junior consultants — all while delivering high-quality solutions that make an impact. A Day in the Life Typically Includes: * Leading end-to-end Finance implementations of Infor LN for onsite customer engagements in the Netherlands.
* Conducting detailed business process workshops.
* Designing, configuring, and validating Enterprise Structure setup (Companies, Financial Companies, Warehouses, Sites, and Relationships) to support financial integration and reporting.
* Configuring and optimizing key Financial Modules, including: * General Ledger (GL)
* Accounts Payable (AP)
* Accounts Receivable (AR)
* Fixed Assets (FA)
* Cash Management (CM)
* Cost Accounting and Financial Reconciliation * Ensuring proper configuration of country-specific localizations (e.g., VAT, Intrastat, Electronic Invoicing, Statutory Reporting, Taxation, and Audit File exports).
* Developing and maintaining functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and test scenarios.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across Finance, Procurement, Projects, and Manufacturing modules.
* Leading system testing, UAT, and end-user training to ensure solution adoption and compliance.
* Supporting data migration, cutover, and go-live phases to ensure smooth transitions and accurate financial reporting.
* Providing post-implementation support, addressing localization and compliance-related issues.
* Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to internal knowledge sharing within the Professional Services organization.
* Being open and willing to travel across customer sites within the Netherlands and other regions when required. Basic Qualifications: * 8-10 years of ERP Finance consulting experience, with at least 5 full-cycle Infor LN implementations.
* Strong expertise in Infor LN Financials and Enterprise Structure setup (multi-company, multi-site, financial company mapping, and intercompany relationships).
* Hands-on experience with country-specific localization, including taxation, statutory reporting, Intrastat, and VAT configuration for the Netherlands and other European regions.
* In-depth understanding of accounting standards and financial process flows.
* Experience with multi-currency, intercompany accounting, and consolidation structures.
* Familiarity with integration points across LN modules (Procurement, Projects, Manufacturing).
* Experience with Infor ION, IDM, and Birst is an advantage.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and client engagement skills.
* Ability to work onsite with customers and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
* Willingness to travel as part of project assignments across regions.
* Must be fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: * Strong Infor LN knowledge in the financial domain.
