IT Support Engineer - EUC / SCCM


We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer (EUC) with strong hands-on skills in SCCM, Windows, LAN/WAN, and Desktop Support to provide high-quality technical support across end-user environments.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues, performing installations, upgrades, and providing onsite/remote support to users.

Responsibilities

  • Install and configure laptops, desktops, and peripherals for end-users
  • Respond to support requests and diagnose issues (hardware, software, networking)
  • Provide onsite or remote technical support to end-users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Windows OS, connectivity, and application issues
  • Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems and applications
  • Manage IMAC activities for printers, devices, and services
  • Issue and track loaner PCs and peripheral stock
  • Configure and support IP phones , user desk phones, and provide training if needed
  • Support Level 2/3 teams with onsite touch services when required
  • Install and de-install AV equipment and cabling in meeting rooms
  • Perform tape handling and offsite storage coordination
  • Conduct site surveys in preparation for major rollout or maintenance work
  • Advise on software/hardware upgrades and provide basic user training

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in desktop, field, or EUC support roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • SCCM / MECM
  • Windows operating systems
  • LAN/WAN networks
  • IP Phones
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills, able to work with users at all levels
  • Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware/peripherals

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting AV setups
  • Familiarity with ITIL environments
  • Knowledge of remote support tools and ticketing systems
