Share your talents Join the Retail Commercial Development team and support the execution of Rituals’ global retail strategy by working cross-functionally to bring commercial plans to life in stores worldwide. Throughout your internship, you’ll collaborate with passionate colleagues across Retail, Marketing, and other departments, gaining hands-on experience in project management, commercial thinking, and stakeholder management. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that encourages initiative and gives you the space to learn, grow, and build valuable skills for your future. What you’ll do

Assist in developing Commercial Cycle briefings and calendars for all markets
Support the Mystery Shopper program and help translate results into actionable insights
Contribute to our projects (for example: Holiday Season and Commercial Store Challenges)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help drive operational excellence and deliver best-in-class customer experiences

Bring all of you All internships are located in Amsterdam, at our Central Head Office. We are looking for interns for 32-40 hours a week, from the 1st of February 2026 for 6 months. Qualifications

Education: Currently studying in HBO/WO education in Communication/ Business Administration/Hotel Management/ Marketing/Branding/ Economics and other. *Please note we can only accept applications from candidates who are actively enrolled in their study for the entire duration of the internship.
Excellent communication skills in English
You are pro-active, independent, inquisitive and solution-oriented
Good skills: planning, organization, and multitasking
You can work with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
