An established organisation within the construction and infrastructure industry, employing over 800 people across two locations in the Gelderland region & Tricht region, they are seeking to expand its internal Business Central team. The company has been using Microsoft Dynamics since 2009 (NAV), successfully upgraded to Business Central, and migrated to SaaS this year.
They are continuously looking to automate and implement the newest technologies, creating a modern, innovative, and collaborative environment. The current BC team consists of six professionals, with an average age of around 40, known for their fun, proactive, and forward-thinking culture.
We’re looking for 3 new team members to join the Business Central department:
- 1 Senior Functional Consultant
- 2 Mid-Level Functional Consultants
You’ll play a key role in internal Business Central projects, focusing on optimising business processes and supporting digital transformation within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of internal projects such as 4PS Finance, Peppol integration, and Project Management checklists.
- Collaborate closely with various departments to translate business needs into system solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, such as server consolidation and the implementation of new automation tools.
- Provide functional support across all Business Central modules.
- Periodically visit company branches to maintain close collaboration with stakeholders.
Your Profile:
- 2–3 years’ experience in a functional Business Central role (mid-level) or 4+ years for a senior position.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV).
- Experience with 4PS is an advantage.
- Independent, proactive, and able to take initiative in driving internal improvements.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams.
- Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel occasionally to company sites.
