I am looking for a hands-on leader who will help with growth and improvement technology while leading several development teams. In this role, you'll guide several software development teams, help shape our tech strategy, and make sure we deliver the best products.

What you'll do:

• Lead and mentor several software development teams, helping them grow and deliver great results,
• Make sure projects are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards,
• Work closely with product and tech leaders to plan for the future and improve systems,
• Simplify older systems and prepare technology for scaling.

What I'm looking for:

• Experience managing software teams using Agile methods,
• Strong technical background (degree or equivalent experience),
• Understanding of coding (no need to code daily),
• Skilled at building and developing teams,
• Comfortable working in an international environment and communicating clearly.
