Job Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced IAM Manager to join our Cyber Security team. As an IAM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) programs for our clients. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business challenges into technical requirements. For this role, we are looking for either a Privileged Access Management or Identity Governance and Administration senior profile.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Identity Governance programs and projects based on SailPoint, Saviynt, or OneIdentity.
• Manage Privileged Access programs or projects based on CyberArk.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into technical requirements.
• Manage technical teams in implementing large IAM transformations.
• Provide expert guidance on IGA or PAM best practices.
• Act as trusted advisor to our clients within the Netherlands.
• Mentor and coach IAM colleagues and enable them to be successful on IAM projects.
• Vendor alliance/partnership management with SailPoint, Saviynt, OneIdentity, or CyberArk.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and policies.
• Support IAM-related business development with IGA or PAM expertise and guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cyber Security, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Dutch .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate difficult stakeholder management situations and work in complex organizations.
• Ability to create trust-based relationships with client stakeholders and act as a trusted partner.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in IAM business analysis, engineering, or consulting.
• Proven experience managing people and stakeholders.
• Proven expertise in IAM Project/Program management.
• Experience with business development and/or sales.
• Knowledge of either Identity Governance (SailPoint, Saviynt, OneIdentity) or Privileged Access Management (CyberArk).

Certifications:

• SailPoint, Saviynt, or OneIdentity certifications.
• CyberArk certifications.
• Prince / ITIL / PMP.
• SABSA or TOGAF frameworks.
• CISSP.
