Responsibilities

• Lead local HR operations and ensure compliance with Dutch legislation
• Deliver end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle
• Manage key processes including payroll, pensions, compensation, and talent development
• Partner with leaders to translate global strategies into local actions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Dutch language is a big advantage
