What You Will Accomplish Here… The Human Resources Generalist works on a wide variety of Human Resources (HR) related projects including, benefits administration, employee relations, performance and learning management, onboarding, policy implementation, and facilitating and conducting training. In addition, the HR Generalist is responsible for the full cycle recruitment of global positions. This position will effectively support the HR team by focusing on the following:
Acts as Administrator for our HR systems
Sources, interviews and hires internal and external candidates to fill job vacancies for positions worldwide
Composes and places recruitment advertising through a variety of sources, including national websites, professional organizations, social media and college or university career placement centres for all locations
Delivers training modules through instructor led or web-based training, as needed
Coordinates employee trainings and policy acknowledgements through our Learning Management System
Provides employee assistance for all benefits administration
Assists employees with company policy questions
Responsible in maintaining the sick leave system
Performs other duties as required
Education, Experience And Skills
A minimum of 3 years of related experience is required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is also preferable
Must have experience of 360- degree HR processes
Experience of working with HRIS systems is strongly preferred
Must have knowledge of Dutch payroll laws and Dutch employment laws
Fluent in the English and Dutch language, verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook is required
Must have the ability to effectively present information to management and executives
Must have the ability to effectively read, write, speak, understand and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this role
Must have the ability to handle and organize multiple projects and deadlines
Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness
Available for 40 hours per week
