About Our Client You will join an international organization that develops and distributes innovative medical devices used in cardiovascular treatments. The company operates globally and is committed to improving patient outcomes through advanced technology and high-quality standards. Job Description Objective of the JobOverall responsibility for data entry into the general ledgers in Exact for all entities. Ensure all financial entries are accurate and posted in the correct period. Tasks & Responsibilities

Monitor outstanding balances for all direct sales in Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, France, and Italy
Match payments to the correct outstanding invoices using payment specifications from customers
Send reminders to direct sales customers
Contact country managers to resolve issues related to these customers
Optimize due balances for direct sales
Perform daily operations following Finance department work instructions
Prepare monthly VAT returns for all entities
Support monthly closing for all entities
Participate in regular Finance team meetings
Act as back-up for bank entries during holidays
Act as back-up for Accounts Payable during holidays
Assist with audits based on auditor requests

The Successful Applicant

HBO degree or equivalent (MBO+ with relevant work experience in Finance)
Minimum of 2 years' experience as Staff Accountant or General Accountant
Experience with Exact Globe
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office

What's on Offer

Attractive Salary Package: €3,300 - €4,100 gross per month (based on 40 hours)
Working Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Hybrid Working: 1 day working from home
