Join a dynamic project focused on creating impactful video content that highlights real fundraising journeys. This role is ideal for passionate film makers or media students eager to develop their skills while making a difference. You will connect with selected fundraisers, plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (2–5 minutes) that authentically capture their stories, challenges, and achievements. The content will be distributed across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, requiring a keen eye for platform-specific storytelling. You will collaborate closely with a marketing team to ensure all videos align with the intended brand tone and messaging, and you’ll have the opportunity to contribute creative ideas for new content formats. Responsibilities

Connect with fundraisers to understand their campaigns and unique stories
Plan, shoot, and edit 2–5 minute videos that capture authentic visuals and interviews
Ensure all content is sensitive, respectful, and aligns with the brand’s messaging
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine video concepts and execution
Adapt content for multiple platforms, optimizing for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Contribute creative ideas for new storytelling formats and content series

Skills And Requirements

Experience with video production, including shooting and editing (students welcome)
Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
Strong storytelling skills and an eye for visual composition
Ability to conduct interviews and capture authentic, sensitive content
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Creative mindset with a willingness to propose new ideas
Ability to work part-time on a contract basis
Availability to start immediately
