We are searching for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant in Amsterdam on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the improvement and support of maintenance asset data processes as part of a new and impactful project.

You will work alongside a talented team of experienced professionals, helping to develop and expand ServiceNow capabilities while delivering meaningful, long-term value.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant
• Experience with at least two of the following modules: IT Service Management (ITSM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), or Field Service Management (FSM)
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Workplace Service Delivery accreditation (preferred)
• Experience in large public-sector implementations (preferred)
