They are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to drive the evolution of their customer service ecosystem—integrating AI tools, optimizing system performance, and helping transition from legacy platforms to a scalable, future-ready solution.
Role Overview
In this role, you will become a key technical expert for the organization’s Dynamics 365 Contact Center environment. You’ll design and configure solutions, build smart integrations, deploy AI capabilities, and ensure systems run smoothly at scale.
You’ll work closely with IT, DevOps, and business teams across Europe to deliver stable, intelligent, and high-performing customer service platforms.
