The position is available to those who have the right experience, and are currently within commuting distance to our offices in Amsterdam, London and Belgrade. Have you got the skills?
You have completed a relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree (e.g., Economics, Accounting, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Science, Software Engineering).
Experience in software implementations with eFront is a must. Furthermore, you possess the following key skills:
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to configure complex packaged software, to deeply understand the tool and navigate around the underlying database. Experience in SQL or other relational database query tools essential
- Ability to gather and clearly define and document requirements and write detailed business or technical specifications
- Good numerical skills
- Self-motivation – able to take the initiative, analyze issues, identify requirements, set client expectations and deliver to target. Lead rather than be led.
- Ability to build and execute detailed test plans
- Attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Tact and persuasive ability
- Team working skills
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills, preferably also in one other language (French, German or other)
- Commercial awareness and ability to spot an opportunity
Have you got the experience?
We are looking for an individual with at least 4 years of relevant working experience and affinity with most of the following:
- Alternative investments experience, preferably within asset management, wealth management, pensions or investments. Especially relevant is experience in Private Equity, real-estate or infrastructure
- Familiarity with Investment enabling technologies, specifically portfolio management and administration tooling experience
- Designing and building reports with one or more of the above-mentioned reporting tools. The ability to create intuitive and effective reports that perfectly matches the information requirements
- Consulting, advisory, change or project management experience
- You should be results-driven and ideally worked in an international organization or for international clients
- Most importantly you have a drive to excel, a passion to make a difference and a creative flair to grow your career

What’s the job description?
The technical eFront Consultant is expected to perform a variety of the following tasks depending on his / her core skillsets:
- Thorough experience implementing and configurating eFront
- Business analysis
- Business intelligence & report writing
- Data analysis
- Requirements gathering and documentation
- Specification and solution design (business and / or technical)
- Project management
- Client management
- Testing and documentation of results
- Contribute towards the development of internal, re-useable tools and software
- Contribute to scale and growth of the business in line with our rapid expansion plans for the Belgrade office
- Help build up / recruit a consulting team and take on a lead / mentorship role of the more junior consultants
- Identify and implement local processes and take on additional management responsibilities as the business scales
Our Technical eFront Consultants will typically have specific experience in a similar role within the same industry, either at a software provider, consultancy or end-user of investment management software. As an experienced consultant he / she will be expected to:
- Provide business and / or technical knowledge pertinent to the successful implementation of eFront within the Alternative Investment industry
- Have excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills
- Work with a team of like-minded individuals taking the initiative to provide creative and quality solutions
- Be self-motivated to achieve and excel in the delivery of an outstanding client service
- Effectively manage his / her own time, take initiatives and work independently to focus on delivering solutions without requiring specific guidance
- Satisfy our customers’ needs above all
