Wipro Technologies-Netherlands is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Functional Consultant to join our TS - Enterprise Applications team. This role plays a pivotal part in delivering comprehensive financial solutions by leveraging Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics AX 2012 R3. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in finance domain processes and a proven track record in end-to-end implementations

As a consultant, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration of financial modules. Your expertise will guide organizations through configuration, deployment, and optimization of financial operations, enhancing reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

• Lead and execute full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Define and configure core finance functionalities including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable/Payable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash and Bank management, and Project Accounting.
• Design logical mappings for number sequences, accounting structure setup, ledger allocations, and dimension configurations to meet business needs.
• Configure comprehensive tax setups, automatic bank reconciliation processes, asset depreciation methods, and project-related financial hierarchies such as WBS and revenue recognition.
• Drive workshops and requirement gathering sessions, ensuring thorough documentation including Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Functional Design Documents (FDD), user guides, and fit-gap analyses.
• Collaborate on functional solution design to facilitate customizations in processes, reporting, and system integrations.
• Provide expertise on data migration using data entities, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business objectives.
• Mentor junior consultants and stakeholders on best practices and application functionality

Mandatory Skills & Technical Proficiencies:

To excel in this role, proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) is essential, complemented by in-depth knowledge of the finance modules within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX versions.

• Expertise in configuring finance functionalities such as Chart of Accounts, ledger setups, journal processing, and taxation within Dynamics 365 environments.
• Hands-on experience with data migration techniques including the use of data entities and integration tools.
• Strong understanding of project accounting frameworks, revenue recognition principles, and financial reporting methodologies.
• Capability to design and customize functional solutions utilizing extensions, workflows, and integrations to meet client-specific requirements.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards impacting financial processes.
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Finance is advantageous but not mandatory.
