What You Will Do

• Support strategic supplier selection processes based on technical compatibility, quality standards, and long-term scalability
• Drive contract negotiations that go beyond pricing, securing flexibility, traceability, delivery performance, and risk mitigation
• Leading the local procurement team, mentoring in country Buyers, and fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement
• Overseeing site procurement operations and managing the full procure to pay process in alignment with global policies
• Managing local supplier performance by owning relationships, ensuring on time delivery and quality, and stepping in as the escalation point for supply issues
• Driving tactical sourcing activities and executing negotiations that secure strong value for the company
• Acting as a business partner for site and operations leadership, ensuring procurement strategies directly support local manufacturing and R&D needs
• Supporting a fast moving environment with strong operational execution and proactive problem solving

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering or related field
• 6+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience in regulated industries such as aerospace, defense, or automotive is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365), and supplier development
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
• Data-driven mindset and a passion for process improvement and operational excellence
• Ability to navigate fast-paced, high-growth environments while staying detail-oriented and accountable
• Fluent in English & Dutch, any other language is a plus
