About the Opportunity

We are partnering with leading data centre end users and specialist consultancies across Europe to appoint experienced Senior Project Managers to support the delivery of small or large-scale, mission-critical data centre projects. This is an exciting opportunity for technical project leaders who thrive in high-performance environments and want to play a key role in the continued growth of the European data centre market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle for major data centre builds and expansions
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality requirements, and safety protocols
• Drive coordination across MEP disciplines, with strong emphasis on electrical systems
• Provide clear leadership, reporting, and communication throughout all project phases

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 4+ recent years’ experience working at Senior Project Manager level within the data centre sector
• Strong Electrical background (essential) ; broader MEP experience highly advantageous
• Experience working for a data centre end user , developer , or specialist consultancy
• Proven track record delivering complex projects in mission-critical environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability and willingness to travel across Europe
