Job Description:
You will lead the international scale-up of an existing mobile onboarding journey for private individuals. The focus is on reusing current components and integrating country-specific modules (KYC, product flows, compliance), working closely with business, architecture, IT and external vendors.
Main responsibilities:
- End-to-end delivery of the mobile onboarding rollout: from initiation and scoping to go-live and stabilization.
- Coordinate IT integration of local KYC, compliance and product modules with existing platforms.
- Manage dependencies, risks and timelines across multiple squads and countries.
- Align with architects, developers, product leads and vendors on solution design, APIs and integrations.
- Ensure regulatory adherence (KYC, GDPR, DPIA, data segregation, IT risk) and robust testing.
- Run governance and steering moments, provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Identify improvements for multi-country scalability and reduction of technical debt.
Requirements:
You are delivery-focused, structured and comfortable in a complex banking environment. You can switch between high-level oversight and detailed follow-up, and you communicate effectively with both engineers and senior management. You take ownership, manage stakeholders confidently and keep momentum in an international, agile setting.
- 10+ years of IT program/project management in banking or financial services.
- Experience with customer onboarding and digital products, preferably mobile.
- Proven track record in multi-country rollouts and vendor coordination.
- Strong knowledge of KYC, GDPR and banking compliance in an IT context.
- Experience in large-scale Agile environments.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Living in the Netherlands.
- Experience at ING is a plus.

- A salary range from € 6.500,50 - € 8.000,00 (based on 36 hours and depending on experience).
