#BETHEDIFFERENCE If making a difference matters to you, then you matter to us. About the Role: As a Senior CX/UX Designer, you will take on a more influential role in driving the design process. You will work on complex user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and lead user research initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities:

Lead the design of user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for complex projects.
Plan and conduct comprehensive user research studies and usability tests.
Synthesize research findings into actionable design recommendations.
Develop and uphold design systems and ensure consistency across products.
Mentor junior team members and provide constructive feedback on their work.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.
Drive the iterative design process based on user feedback and usability testing.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends and technologies.
Present and defend design decisions based on user research and best practices.
Ensure all design work adheres to accessibility standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities Related To

Wireframing: Advanced skills in creating detailed and user-centered wireframes and user flows.
User Research: Proficiency in planning, conducting, and analyzing comprehensive user research studies.
Prototyping: Strong ability to create high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
Usability Testing: Expertise in leading usability tests and deriving impactful design insights.
Design Systems: Advanced knowledge of developing and maintaining consistent design systems.
Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to align cross-functional efforts.
Presentation: Advanced skills in presenting design rationale and user research findings.
Accessibility: Competence in designing accessible user experiences according to standards.

Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.
