About the Role

Are you ready to make a real impact in a fast-growing company with a purpose? At Fastned, we believe that diverse teams drive innovation and success. We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team and help elevate Fastned’s online presence.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape our digital voice, engage our vibrant community, and help accelerate the transition to electric mobility. You’ll work closely with supportive colleagues across markets and departments, translating our brand values into impactful, channel-tailored content that inspires and connects our different communities.

Your responsibilities include:

• Develop, implement, and manage Fastned’s social media strategy across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Bluesky, etc.).
• Elevate our social media presence by creating and curating an engaging content calendar (graphics, videos, stories, posts), writing and conceptualising content in line with our brand voice and campaign objectives.
• Manage day-to-day writing, posting, scheduling, monitoring, and community engagement.
• Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) to inform strategy and optimize performance.
• Collaborate closely with marketing managers across markets, as well as PR and Public Affairs teams, to align campaigns and promotions across channels.
• Stay up to date with platform updates, social media trends, and emerging technologies to keep Fastned’s brand innovative and relevant.
• Manage influencer partnerships in partnership with the rest of the PR team, user-generated content, and brand collaborations.

What you bring along:

You are intrinsically motivated by Fastned’s mission to accelerate the transition to electric mobility and are curious about the latest industry developments. You enjoy building relationships and can easily connect with diverse stakeholders to deliver relevant content to different audience groups.

In addition, you bring:

• Ideally 5+ years experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Strategist, or similar role, with a track record of engaging both B2C and B2B audiences.
• A strong understanding of major social platforms, their audiences, and analytics tools.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• The ability to design simple graphics and creative work via tools like Canva, Instagram, CapCut or similar.
• Strong project management skills; you enjoy balancing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• An analytical mindset with experience using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar.
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising is a plus.
