Key Responsibilities – Executive Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end executive search assignments, partnering directly with client stakeholders and C-suite leaders.
- Map, source, and attract high-calibre executive-level candidates using a blend of direct headhunting, networking, and digital channels.
- Deliver insightful market intelligence and strategic advice during search projects.
- Build and manage executive talent pipelines in diverse industries and geographies.
- Champion a consultative, high-touch candidate journey—ensuring a professional, confidential, and engaging experience for every applicant.
- Collaborate with Chapter2’s global recruitment and employer branding team to deliver outstanding results for our clients.
Essential Skills and Experience – Executive Search Recruitment
- Proven experience in executive search, talent acquisition, or headhunting ideally within a fast-paced agency or in-house environment.
- Strong knowledge of Amsterdam and European executive talent markets is highly desirable.
- Expert networker able to nurture senior-level relationships and uncover passive talent.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—the ability to influence and advise at board and C-suite level.
- Structured, proactive, and data-driven approach to managing search assignments and pipelines.
- Fluency in English is essential; Dutch and/or other European languages are advantageous.
