AnalytiChem Netherlands BV , part of the AnalytiChem Group , is looking for a driven and communicative Production Lead!
Your Responsibilities:
The production leaders are responsible for the daily planning of production resources and employees and for managing the teams. He/she ensures the optimal deployment of people and resources, guarantees compliance with quality standards and ensures a safe working environment and efficient production processes. Together with your colleagues, you will manage production, focusing on processes, tools and automation.
1. Planning, staffing & resources
- Drawing up daily and weekly schedules
- Deploying staff/employees based on capacity, availability and skills
- Planning optimal and efficient use of production lines
- Planning and stock management of production resources (raw materials and production materials)
- Making adjustments in the event of absences, malfunctions or urgent orders
2. Daily management
- Directly managing operators and team leaders
- Organizing daily starts, assigning tasks
- Ensuring the timely and correct execution of production orders
3. Technology & malfunctions
- First point of contact in the event of malfunctions or technical issues
- Coordinating rapid follow-up in collaboration with suppliers, operational manager and technical staff
4. Quality & cleanroom compliance
- Monitoring compliance with SOPs, hygiene and cleanroom regulations
- Performing or coordinating quality checks on the floor
- Reporting and following up on deviations (NCRs) and complaints
5. Reporting & administration
- Keeping track of production data, downtime, scrap and output
- Ensuring correct batch documentation and logbooks
- Reporting daily KPIs to the operations manager
6. Audit & inspection support
- Preparing documents and processes for internal and external audits
- Accompanying inspections, answering shop floor-related questions
7. Safety & order
- Ensuring compliance with safety rules and use of PBM’s
- Maintaining cleanliness, order and discipline in the workplace
8. Training & supervision
- Training new employees and ensuring correct implementation
- Identifying training needs and providing support during training courses
9. Automation, capacity utilisation and new tools
- Supervising the maintenance and commissioning of production tools (software and machines)
- Optimizing schedules/capacity utilisation (KPIs)
- Supporting and supervising SAP implementation
Your Profile:
- MBO+/HBO working and thinking level (e.g. process engineering, technology or IT)
- At least 3 years of experience in a production environment, preferably regulated (cleanroom: medical, pharmaceutical, food)
- Experience in managing production teams
- Interest in technology and IT
- Experience with SAP and/or other (production) software tools
