Job Description Are you a visionary leader passionate about leveraging AI to transform businesses? As an AI Transformation Lead, you will drive the organization’s end-to-end AI agenda, from strategy design to execution and value realization. You will identify high-value AI use cases, lead cross-functional development and implementation, and ensure measurable business outcomes from AI adoption. This role combines strategic thinking, business transformation experience, and practical understanding of AI technologies and their enterprise applications. What You Will Do
Define the company’s AI vision, roadmap, and multi-year strategy aligned with business objectives.
Identify, prioritize, and scope high-impact AI use cases across business units.
Lead development of AI business cases, including ROI, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessment.
Oversee implementation of AI initiatives across functions (Ops, Product, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Customer Experience).
Ensure AI solutions are designed with governance, ethics, security, and compliance in mind.
Drive organizational transformation, building AI fluency, frameworks for responsible AI, and workforce capability.
Influence senior leadership, manage stakeholders, and report progress with outcome-driven insights.
What We Are Looking For
Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
10+ years of experience in digital transformation, strategy, consulting, or technology leadership.
Proven track record of leading AI, data, or digital innovation initiatives and delivering measurable business impact.
Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and financial modeling skills.
Understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications in enterprise environments.
Expertise in change management, stakeholder influence, and translating complex concepts into business language.
Visionary leadership, outcome orientation, and a collaborative mindset.
