HR & Recruitment Specialist | Part time, 24 hrs p/w


Our client is a global leader in advanced technology solutions , supporting major industries such as energy, transportation, and manufacturing with innovative products that ensure performance, safety, and sustainability. The company is known for its collaborative culture , long-term vision , and commitment to continuous improvement .

As the company continues to grow, they are looking for a HR & Recruitment Specialist (Dutch speaker) to join their team and play a key role in supporting their people agenda. This role combines hands-on recruitment with employee coaching , performance support , and HR process coordination .

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in collaboration with hiring managers and external partners. (tech and engineering roles)
  • Partner with managers to support performance management , career development , and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations , including sickness and reintegration cases, ensuring alignment with Dutch labour law.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Act as the main point of contact for HR-related questions from employees and managers.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global HR Director (US) and local HR & Finance team.
  • Support the continuous improvement of HR processes and contribute to a positive company culture.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in HR, ideally in an international or SME environment.
  • Proven background in recruitment and employee coaching .
  • Strong knowledge of Dutch labour law .
  • Fluent in Dutch and English .
  • Proactive, approachable, and passionate about people development.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.
