Introduction to the job ASML has embarked on a journey to redesign its overall HR systems landscape, with a strong focus on employee and candidate experience. We have implemented Workday and ServiceNow as global key HR solutions for all key HR Processes, except Learning which is enabled by Cornerstone on Demand. The HR Technology & Innovation department is the owner of the HR systems. We work in teams centered around the process supported. The Learning tech teams is in charge of the Learning Tech stack composed of LMS and LXP (powered by Cornerstone on demand), partnering with Academies and Learning Shared Services as Primary stakeholders. As a Learning Tech specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting, maintaining and evolving our Learning tech ecosystem. With your deep understanding of learning processes, and system savviness, you will provide strategic solutions to meet business needs. Role and responsibilities In this role you
Be a senior key member of the learning tech team, focusing on demand intake and assessment of demand of (new) learning technology
Follow learning technology trends, assess and propose changes to improve existing learning tech eco system
Support Academies, Center of Expertise, Learning Shared Services in technology assessments and selection (cross-academies projects) and potentially in deployment
Support and optimize existing learning technology solutions and their enablement in the Academies
Detail out solution directions and ensure implementation in the system (directly or through our 3rd part support vendor)
Aligns with other teams (e.g. Talent, HR Integrations…) on priorities and cross-teams items
Assess vendor roadmaps and releases, ensuring key features are assessed and deployed when beneficial.
Collaborate with different IT, security, and vendor teams on topics such as integrations, APIs, data flows, system security, data privacy and single sign-on (SSO)
Perform regular data validation, reporting, and system maintenance activities, including configuration reviews, data quality checks, and managing data imports or clean-up files.
Education and experience
At least 5 years experience in the learning (HR) technology domain
Hands-on experience with Cornerstone or comparable LMS/LXP applications
Experience in data analysis and reporting to support business decisions and performance monitoring
Fluent in English
