Job Title: Warehouse Team Lead

Location: Tilburg, The Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Actively participate in daily operations while assigning tasks and balancing workloads across the team.
• Provide on-the-job training and skill development for team members.
• Monitor workflow, identify process bottlenecks or issues, and take timely corrective actions.
• Escalate risks and communicate effectively with upstream and downstream teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align warehouse output with overall business goals.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, service quality, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related fields.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese , written and spoken.
• Previous warehouse management experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in warehouse operations.
