Business Development & Marketing Manager – Benelux

Location: Venlo Area, NL | Travel: 30–60%

We’re looking for a driven Business Development & Marketing Manager to strengthen our market presence in the Benelux. You’ll lead regional marketing initiatives, generate high-quality leads, and support strategic business development in warehouse automation.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, events, and digital initiatives.
• Generate and qualify leads in collaboration with Sales.
• Support sales projects with proposals, workshops, and reference visits.
• Build a strong professional network and elevate brand visibility.
• Provide guidance to the Marketing Specialist and collaborate across teams.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commercial, or Technical field.
• Experience in marketing or business development, preferably in logistics or automation.
• Fluent in Dutch & English; German is a plus.
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication and organizational skills.
