What will you do?
As a (Jr.) Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will be responsible for initiating, coordinating, and implementing improvement projects from A to Z for the Ewals Group. You will contribute to optimizing logistics services and perform analytical assignments.
You will enjoy a lot of freedom and variety in your role and work closely with Operations, Procurement, IT, and sometimes directly with customers.

You will join an informal, non-hierarchical CI team of about 7 colleagues where collaboration and knowledge sharing are key. Together, you work on tactical and strategic improvements that truly make a difference for our customers. During your onboarding, you will get to know the organization, systems, and processes and gain insight into how Ewals Cargo Care facilitates its logistics services.
