Integration Architect

About the Role

We’re looking for a MuleSoft Integration Architect who thrives on combining hands-on development with architectural leadership . This is a chance to own an integration landscape that connects internal systems and customer environments across multiple countries - building something stable, scalable, and future-proof.

You’ll work closely with cross-country teams to define patterns, reusable components, and ways of working that reduce complexity and reliance on external partners. If you enjoy making things clear, consistent, and maintainable, this role offers the autonomy and influence to do exactly that.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop MuleSoft integrations end-to-end (internal systems + customer-facing solutions).
• Define integration patterns, reusable components, and documentation standards.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and integration governance.
• Mentor future integration developers and uplift internal capability.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders across multiple countries.

What You Bring

• Strong hands-on MuleSoft development experience (5+ years preferred).
• Solid understanding of API-led connectivity, REST/SOAP, OAuth2, and event-driven patterns.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and DevOps tooling.
• MuleSoft certifications are a plus.
• Dutch proficiency preferred; strong English required.
• Calm, structured approach and ability to work across cultures.
