We’re partnering with a niche, award-winning recruitment company with 300 consultants across international offices. You’ll join a tight-knit team of 4 in Rotterdam that’s entering an exciting growth phase (plans to scale to 25), so there’s real headroom for rapid progression as a junior.

The role

This is a full 360° consultant position focused on the contract IT market within the Netherlands. You’ll learn how to build and own your desk, develop new client relationships, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences - end to end.

What you’ll do

• Build and grow a personal client portfolio through outreach (cold calls, prospecting, networking).
• Source, screen, and shortlist IT contractors; expertly match to client requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment process: interviews, feedback and offer negotiations.
• Close deals and nurture long-term relationships to drive repeat business.
• Learn the full recruitment cycle step-by-step with tools, training, and hands-on support.

What you’ll bring

• Ideally a recent graduate.
• Experience in sales or outbound customer service is required.
• Fluent Dutch (essential) and strong English.
• Ability to use AI.
• Credible, presentable, confident, and ambitious with excellent communication skills.
• A sales-focused mindset, resilience, and the drive to exceed targets.
