Account Executive - 160k OTE


Drive Global Expansion at a Fast-Growing Tech Company

This Amsterdam-based scale-up — crowned Tech Start-Up of the Year 2022 — is on a mission to help companies build teams without borders. As they continue to scale globally, they're looking for an experienced SaaS closer ready to take the lead on strategic deals and own a key market.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • You’ll take charge of a specific region and focus on selling into established companies operating across EMEA.
  • From initial outreach to signed contract, you'll run the full cycle — proactively building pipeline, leading conversations, and working cross-functionally to get deals over the line.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Target, engage, and win new business through strategic outbound efforts
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, close
  • Partner with BDRs and internal stakeholders to develop and convert high-value leads
  • Own your market and bring in new logos at enterprise level

Who You Are:

  • You’ve spent 2+ years closing deals in a B2B SaaS start-up or scale-up
  • You’re proactive, persistent, and comfortable working outbound
  • You love the thrill of building pipeline and aren’t afraid of complex sales
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills and commercial intuition
  • Big plus if you speak German or French
