Key Account Manager


We are seeking a Key Account Manager for France & Belgium to lead commercial growth across Retail, Pet Specialty, Garden Centers, and Online channels. As our sole representative in the market, you will shape customer relationships, drive business expansion, and act as the key link between European customers and our teams in Europe and Thailand.

This role offers high autonomy, full commercial ownership, and the opportunity to elevate our presence in two strategically important markets. You will work at the intersection of Sales, Supply Chain, Project Management, R&D, Packaging, and Factories, enabling long-term business success in a dynamic and fast-growing category.

This position can be based in France or the Netherlands and reports to the General Manager, i-Tail Europe.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Commercial & P&L Leadership

  • Take joint accountability for topline and bottom-line performance across your accounts
  • Negotiate annual pricing and customer agreements
  • Build yearly sales forecasts and identify financial risks
  • Partner with the General Manager on mitigation plans and commercial opportunities
  • Conduct regular competitive intelligence and market analysis
  • Lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and the five-year strategic planning cycle

Business Development & Customer Growth

  • Prospect and acquire new customers across channels (Retail, Pet Specialty, Garden Centers, Online)
  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers and expand share of wallet
  • Develop initiatives to enhance service levels and customer satisfaction
  • Drive value and volume growth across customer pipelines
  • Act as the primary customer contact in France & Belgium

Operational & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Project Managers on ongoing projects and ensure milestones are met
  • Coordinate with factories, traffic teams, and local supply chain for repeat orders
  • Maintain regular communication with R&D, Procurement, Packaging, Quality, and other technical teams in Thailand
  • Share continuous customer and market insights to enable product, process, and service improvements

  • Fluent in English and French
