Join an international team and work with plants that make a real difference! Candidates that do not speak Dutch will be immediately rejected. Role Description As a Crop Operator , you'll work in a modern greenhouse caring for plants every day. Tasks include sowing seeds, pruning leaves, harvesting crops, and keeping the greenhouse clean and organized. You'll also help prepare facilities and handle plants with care. This is hands-on work that requires precision and responsibility. Responsibilities
Daily crop care: sowing, pruning, harvesting
Remove and prepare plants for research and production
Keep the greenhouse clean and organized
Follow safety and hygiene protocols
Support the team with additional tasks when needed
Profile
Love working with plants and being hands-on
Careful and detail-oriented - quality matters!
Able to read and write in English and Dutch Physically fit for bending, lifting, and standing
Can follow instructions and work in a structured way
Team player, flexible, and willing to learn
Experience with greenhouse work or machinery is a plus
Open to working with different crops and tasks Benefits
7 month contract (possibility of extension)
Salary of around 2600 euro per month
