Treasury Operations Specialist

EMEA Recruitment are exclusively partnering with a growing, international company for a Treasury Operations Specialist, for their site in Rotterdam.

The Treasury Operations Specialist will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations across global entities, supporting trade activity, compliance and funding.

For the successful Treasury Operations Specialist, you will get exposure to complex treasury operations, in return for a competitive package.

Responsibilities of the Treasury Operations Specialist:

• Manage daily payment flows across multiple business lines and international entities
• Coordinate treasury processes including cash management, bank reconciliations, and loan administration
• Liaise with banks on KYC, account maintenance, and funding arrangements
• Oversee and ensure compliance with global banking and trade regulations.
• Support system and process improvements across treasury and finance operations.

Experience required:

• Master's/Bachelor's in Finance, Economics or similar
• 5-7 years' experience in Treasury
• Experience in the commodity trading industry
• Fluent in English
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
