Wat ga je doen als Hypotheekadviseur Centraal?

Als Hypotheekadviseur Centraal help je klanten op afstand bij het realiseren van hun woondromen. Het is een hybride baan waarbij je twee dagen per week samenwerkt vanuit een van onze inspirerende centrale locaties in Amsterdam, Den Haag, Eindhoven, Utrecht of Zwolle.

Samen met je collega's werk je intensief aan het verwezenlijken van de woondromen van onze klanten. We streven ernaar om zoveel mogelijk huizenkopers duurzaam vooruit te helpen, waarbij digitaal gemak en persoonlijke aandacht hand in hand gaan. Dit is waar wij elke dag met veel passie aan werken.

Hoe ziet je werk eruit?

• Je hebt afspraken met (potentiële) klanten die in jouw agenda worden ingepland
• Op het afgesproken tijdstip geef je advies via een beeldgesprek
• Je weet op afstand een persoonlijke klik te maken en wint klanten met jouw enthousiasme
• Je spreekt dagelijks verschillende klanten in diverse fasen van hun klantreis, wat flexibiliteit, empathie en goede agendaplanning vereist
• Je helpt starters, doorstromers, oversluiters en klanten die hun hypotheek willen verhogen voor verduurzaming of verbouwing
• Met extra vaardigheden zoals advies aan expats, ondernemers en bij nieuwbouwprojecten kun je jezelf verder ontwikkelen
• Je werkt een avond in de week en een zaterdag in de maand waarbij je naar eigen inzicht je uren compenseert

• Je ziet elk gesprek als een kans om klanten met jouw kennis en kunde te helpen
• Je werkt efficiënt en met hoge handelingssnelheid om zoveel mogelijk klanten te winnen en financiële ambities te behalen
• Je helpt klanten ook verder wanneer een financiering niet passend is voor hun financiële gezondheid

Jij maakt woonwensen werkelijkheid

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het gehele hypotheektraject, van oriëntatiegesprek tot passeren bij de notaris
• Je geeft klanten de inzichten die ze nodig hebben om succesvol een huis te kopen
• Je biedt proactief hulp en tips, en ontzorgt je klanten
• Je werkt samen met de klant aan het adviestraject en zorgt voor het best passende advies, inclusief verduurzamingsplannen en risicodekking
• Je legt alles zorgvuldig vast in een Persoonlijk Hypotheek Advies

Wat is jouw profiel?

• Afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding
• In het bezit van WFT Basis & Hypothecair Krediet, bij voorkeur ook WFT Vermogen
• Erkend Financieel Adviseur is een pré
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
• Enkele jaren commerciële werkervaring in een adviesomgeving
• Je kunt via een beeldgesprek een persoonlijke connectie maken
• Je wilt elke dag het beste uit jezelf halen en staat open voor nieuwe dingen
• Je geniet ervan om klanten echt verder te helpen zodanig dat zij jouw ambassadeur worden

What will you do as a Mortgage Advisor Central?

As a Mortgage Advisor Central, you help customers remotely to realize their housing dreams. It is a hybrid job where you work two days a week from one of our inspiring central locations in Amsterdam, The Hague, Eindhoven, Utrecht, or Zwolle.

Together with your colleagues, you work intensively to realize the housing dreams of our customers. We strive to help as many homebuyers as possible move forward sustainably, combining digital convenience with personal attention. This is what we passionately work on every day.

What does your work look like?

• You have appointments with (potential) customers that are scheduled in your agenda
• At the agreed time, you provide advice via a video call
• You know how to create a personal connection remotely and win customers with your enthusiasm
• You speak to different customers daily in various stages of their customer journey, which requires flexibility, empathy, and good agenda planning
• You help starters, movers, switchers, and customers who want to increase their mortgage for sustainability or renovation
• With additional skills such as advising expats, entrepreneurs, and new construction projects, you can further develop yourself
• You work one evening a week and one Saturday a month, compensating your hours at your discretion

• You also help customers further when financing is not suitable for their financial health

• You are responsible for the entire mortgage process, from orientation meeting You provide customers with the insights they need to successfully buy a house
• You proactively offer help and tips, and relieve your customers
• You work with the customer on the advisory process and ensure the best possible advice, including sustainability plans and risk coverage
• You carefully document everything in a Personal Mortgage Advice

What is your profile?

• Completed HBO or WO education
• In possession of WFT Basis & Hypothecair Krediet, preferably also WFT Vermogen
• Recognized Financial Advisor is a plus
• Good command of Dutch and English
• Several years of commercial work experience in an advisory environment
• You can make a personal connection via a video call
• You want to get the best out of yourself every day and are open to new things
• You enjoy really helping customers so that they become your ambassadors
