Youll play a crucial part in enhancing employee experiences while accelerating business success.</p> <p>This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronics Diabetes business. Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. Our HR team will play a pivotal role in the journey to become a standalone company.</p> <p>This position will be based in Heerlen within the MiniMed organization and will report to a sub-regional HR Leader.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide HR support to designated employees, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations</li><li>Build trusted partnerships with leaders, coaching on employee lifecycle matters and supporting performance cycles, goal setting, and evaluations</li><li>Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, Talent Acquisition, and hiring managers to deliver integrated HR solutions and attract, retain, and develop top talent</li><li>Drive organizational development, strengthen business capabilities, and lead change management, communication, and transition planning</li><li>Advise on compensation planning to maintain competitiveness and equity</li><li>Champion an exceptional employee experience, implementing strategies that enhance engagement and foster a positive culture</li><li>Leverage HR data analytics to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements</li></ul> <br><p><strong>Required Knowledge & Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree and 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a multinational enterprise</li><li>Proven success working with business leaders</li><li>Ability to analyze complex data and drive fact-based decisions</li><li>Strong coaching, consulting, and influencing skills</li><li>Masters/MBA, experience in medical devices, technology, healthcare, or consumer products, strong understanding of talent management and development, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness best practices, and proficiency in HRIS (Workday) are advantages</li></ul> <br><p><strong>Benefits & Compensation</strong></p><p><strong>Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package.</strong></p><p>A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
