Responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of facilities management, from maintenance and safety compliance to space planning and vendor relationships. Your leadership will ensure that the site remains a safe, efficient, and inspiring workplace for all employees.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in facilities management or a similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance, health and safety regulations
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Exceptional problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience working within a pharmaceutical or laboratory environment
• Knowledge of sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives
• Familiarity with Dutch regulations and local legislation
• Fluency in Dutch and English

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in facilities management
• Proven track record of managing complex sites with multiple stakeholders

• This position is fully on‑site, requiring presence at the location
• Ability to coordinate with external vendors and service providers
• Willingness to adapt to evolving operational needs
