The Prosus Group Legal team supports the key group functions in corporate transactions, corporate housekeeping & investment support, commercial contracting (including AI team support), and reporting. We are looking for a legal business partner and experienced manager to lead our Dutch corporate secretarial team on corporate housekeeping & investment support, provide expert legal support and work closely with the Head of Group Legal on various legal and operational leadership matters. This new role is perfect for a pragmatic senior legal professional who can multi‑task and thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing and results‑driven environment. The role combines people management with driving operational excellence & efficiency, and ensuring high‑quality, business‑focused legal support.
