Amsterdam / Randstad (Hybrid)

€65,000 base + €30,000 performance bonus (OTE €95,000)


Are you commercially driven and confident growing revenue within enterprise software accounts?


We are hiring an Enterprise Account Manager for a globally established software solutions provider specialising in cloud and mission-critical application continuity. Their clients include leading organisations across finance, energy, technology, and public sectors.


This is not a customer service role.

This is a revenue-owning, growth-focused commercial position.


You will manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts and drive expansion by identifying new opportunities within complex software and cloud environments. You’ll engage senior IT and business stakeholders, uncover risk exposure in mission-critical applications, and position solutions that deliver long-term resilience and business security.


Your impact:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell revenue within cloud and software environments
  • Lead structured discovery conversations at senior stakeholder level
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Manage pipeline and forecasting with full commercial accountability
  • Close expansion opportunities and deliver against revenue targets


What you bring:

  • 4+ years in B2B software / SaaS / technology account management or sales
  • Experience carrying revenue targets and managing pipeline
  • Confidence engaging IT leadership and senior decision-makers
  • Structured sales discipline and strong CRM forecasting skills
  • Commercial mindset focused on growth, not just retention
