My Jewellery is one of the fastest-growing omnichannel (Retail, E-commerce and B2B) organizations in the Netherlands. With a workforce of over 1,000 employees, 55 boutiques across the Netherlands, France, Belgium and Germany, and more than 600 wholesale accounts and a successful international webshop, the company builds an ambitious and creative brand every day.
Recently, the leading investment firm Freshstream joined as a shareholder. Their entry as majority shareholder provides My Jewellery with a robust financial foundation to realize its ambitious growth strategy. The organization has clear international ambitions and aims to further expand across Europe, with the objective of tripling revenue and profitability within five years.
My Jewellery is therefore at the start of a new phase of international expansion within Europe, where scalability, financial discipline and professionalization are essential for sustainable growth. The company operates in a dynamic, trend-driven market and is characterized by an entrepreneurial, personal, highly engaged, flat and informal culture — energetic, sparkling, ‘low-ego’ and very much “down to earth.” It is a culture with high ambitions and a strong brand identity that will increasingly become international, while preserving its DNA. There is plenty of room to grow, learn and make real impact.
The Position
For My Jewellery, we are exclusively seeking a driven CFO who will define the company’s financial direction, maintain a sharp focus on growth and value creation, and act as a strong sparring partner within the organization.
The CFO is ultimately responsible for further professionalizing the financial and legal domains and plays a key role in realizing the company’s strategic ambitions. The CFO is a member of the Executive Board together with the CEO and COO and acts as a strategic partner at both operational and board level. The Executive Board is part of the broader Management Team, which consists of eight senior leaders (including the Board).
The CFO will also work closely with Freshstream on various topics, including reporting, analyses and strategic matters. In short, this is a highly visible role toward multiple stakeholders: executive management, shareholders, banks, auditors and other external parties.
As CFO at My Jewellery, you are responsible for financial strategy, reporting and planning, with a sharp focus on profitability, growth and risk management. You move effortlessly between boardroom strategy and operational detail, ensuring a scalable, robust and future-proof financial foundation that supports international growth.
