Job Title: Data Center Facility Solution Manager

Job Location: Düsseldorf, Germany or The Hague, Netherlands

We are seeking an experienced Data Center Solutions Manager to thoroughly analyze Hyperscale data center project tender requirements and develop competitive high-level design solutions for low-voltage electrical and cooling system terminals based on our existing product portfolio. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in European data center industry standards, capable of designing differentiated solutions by leveraging professional expertise, accurately articulating our solution's core value proposition to clients or consulting firms, and demonstrating exceptional technical communication skills to drive solution implementation and secure client approval. This position requires solid technical expertise and extensive industry experience to quickly grasp client needs, translate complex technical solutions into business value, and help the company secure projects in a highly competitive market through professional technical proposals and outstanding communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Technical Marketing - Conduct pre-bid technical consultations with clients/consulting firms, accurately guiding customer requirements and embedding our core value propositions.
• Bid Strategy Development - Conduct in-depth analysis of tender technical requirements to formulate competitive strategies for differentiated solutions.
• Technical Solution Design - Collaborate with R&D and design teams to complete high-level system selection and technical solution development.
• Value Proposition Packaging - Systematically extract technical highlights and commercial value to produce professional client-facing technical materials.
• Bid Proposal Preparation - Oversee technical proposal compilation to ensure solution completeness and competitiveness.
• Technical Negotiation Support - Lead bid clarification processes and provide professional response support.

Requirements:

• Proficient in data center power distribution system architecture (HVAC/MV/LV).
• Familiar with key equipment selection for high/low voltage switchgear, transformers, UPS, PDUs, etc.
• Knowledgeable in data center standards (TIA-942, Uptime Tier) and application of electrical codes (IEC/EN/NEC) in data centers
• Competent in BIM collaborative design (Revit/AutoCAD Electrical).
• Understanding of integrated design between cooling systems and electrical systems.
• Strong technical communication and customer engagement capabilities.
• Prior experience in technical sales or solution roles is preferred.
• Ability to independently complete solution design.
• Fluent in English for daily work communication. Fluent in a second European language is valuable.
• Able to travel internationally (mainly within Europe).
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive mindset, good stress resilience and collaboration skills.
