Founding Full Stack Engineer

We’re seeking a highly skilled and proactive engineer to join our Y Combinator-backed startup, full-time and in person. This is an on-site role in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop core product features on both the frontend and backend of our product
• Collaborate with the founders and our customers to conceptualize, design and implement new features
• Maintain and improve our codebase for optimal performance
• Conduct code reviews and perform debugging tasks

Required qualifications

• Proven track record with significant experience in full-stack developer roles, preferably as a Senior Software Engineer
• Comprehensive knowledge of Typescript, React and server-side development (preferably Remix)
• Proficiency in designing multi-tenancy SaaS products
• Must have experience with leveraging latest AI Code IDEs (Cursor, Windsurf, Claude, IntelliJ, Junie)
• Experienced in operating software in a scalable manner
• Fluent in English, able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively
• Alignment with our purpose (our why) and our values (our how)

Bonus Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with hosting applications on Azure
• Fluent in German to communicate with our mostly German customers
