ppbHead of Physical Products IoT /b you'll lead our entire physical product stack: towers, turnstiles, mobile nodes, fleet management systems, and back-end support applications. This means PL ownership, building product life cycle processes from scratch, and coaching a team of 7+ Product Owners and Product Specialists to think more commercially, help them prioritize, and move faster. /p pYou'll work closely alongside the Head of Digital Products Customer Experience, who leads customer-facing software solutions. Together you'll ensure our physical and digital products work seamlessly to deliver on our site intelligence vision. This isn't a maintenance role. We're scaling hard and need someone who can handle the chaos, help to build the right structure without slowing us down, and make the team better. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul libImplement manage the product PLs. /b Business cases, revenue targets, product margins in collaboration with the Group Pricing Manager - the full commercial picture. /li libBuild product lifecycle management processes /b that actually work at scale. Discovery, development, launch, optimization, end-of-life. /li libCoach a team of Product Owners specialists. /b Make them better at commercial thinking, prioritization, and shipping. Develop future leaders (currently 8 individuals). /li libSet product strategy for hardware, embedded systems, and internal software that keeps our fleet running. /b Balance innovation with what customers need sustaining engineering. /li libPartner with the Head of Digital Products Customer Experience /b to ensure physical and digital products integrate seamlessly and deliver the full customer experience. /li libDrive new (physical) product launches across 11 countries. /b Work with Product Marketing, Sales, Ops, and Engineering to get products to market and make them successful. /li libPush the team on modern practices. /b AI tools, improve implement processes, creative problem-solving. Question how we do things and make it better. /li /ul h3What we’re looking for /h3 ul lib8+ years in product, with 5+ years leading teams. /b Hardware, IoT, or embedded systems experience required. /li libYou’ve run Product PLs before. /b You know how to make money, not just ship features. /li libHigh-growth experience. /b You've been through 30%+ annual growth, you know how to scale despite things breaking all the time. /li libYou’re a coach, not a micromanager. /b You make people better and they want to work with you. You go deep, when needed, to ensure output quality. /li libYou understand hardware reality /b - supply chains, manufacturing constraints, field deployment. You can talk to engineers and translate it to business value. /li libYou work well with peer leaders. /b You'll partner closely with the Head of Digital Products to create cohesive experiences across hardware and software. /li libPositive energy. /b You get excited about hard problems.
